Styled closely on the 330 P3, but powered by a V12 that Franco Rocchi had radically redesigned. The most significant change was a three-valve cylinder head — two inlet, one exhaust — fed by Lucas fuel injection. The chassis was shortened over the P3 and a new suspension system improved roadholding.

Under eight hundred kilograms, four hundred and fifty horsepower, and a V12 sitting directly behind your shoulders. It won repeatedly, and secured its place in history with a 1-2-3 at Daytona.

Worth knowing
  • 1.76 kg per horsepower — lighter per horsepower than most modern hypercars.
  • Three-valve heads: two inlet valves, one exhaust. Rocchi's signature.
  • Finished 1-2-3 at Daytona in 1967 — the answer to Ford's Le Mans win the year before.

The drive

A V12 prototype from 1967 on an open desert highway, with a rock face on one side and nothing at all on the other. No aids exist to switch off because none were ever fitted. You are being handed something you will never otherwise sit in and told to use it hard.

What you feel  ·  PULSECORE ANALOGUE

Nothing here is smooth, by design. A raw V12 with almost no isolation between it and you. Constant road camber, because a real highway is not flat. Drop a wheel onto the verge and you will know exactly which one.

Every setting is configured before you sit down — force feedback, haptics, seat position, field of view. Select the experience, and drive.
