The Turbotec Corporation
The Turbotec Corporation and its world, history and characters are an original creative universe. The equipment is real. Product names, artwork, logos, stories and imagery on this site are the intellectual property of Turbo Action Productions and may not be reused without written permission.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT. Equipment is produced in limited runs, so availability can change without notice. If we cannot fulfil an order, we refund it in full.
We take care to describe and photograph every item accurately. Small variations in colour and finish are normal for handmade and limited-run pieces.
RaceCage and made-to-order equipment
RaceCage chassis and PULSECORE packages are built to order. Each quote states the specification, price and carriage. Production begins once you accept the quote and payment is confirmed.
Delivery and returns
Delivery options, costs and returns are set out in the Shipping and Returns sections of our contact page and form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Training equipment
Quantum Armoury pieces are training and performance props. They are supplied for training, filming and display, and must be used responsibly and within the law where you live.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our equipment. This does not affect any right you have that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
