Tiana
Smit
Tiana is a multidisciplinary athlete and performer working across stunt performance, dance and aerial disciplines. Her training is rooted in physicality, combining strength, coordination, agility and body awareness to create dynamic movement both on and off screen.
The record
Tiana’s career has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to movement. Her foundation in rhythmic gymnastics and dance developed through years of training, competing nationally and internationally across both disciplines. Gymnastics instilled discipline, precision and physical control, while dance brought creativity and expression, laying the foundation for her career in physical performance.
Her professional career began in dance, leading to international performances and contracts aboard cruise liners as a dancer and aerialist. She later continued working internationally across dance and aerial, performing at events and festivals including Ultra Miami.
That foundation naturally evolved into stunt work in 2021, bringing together her athletic and performance backgrounds. Tiana has worked across international film and television productions, including Netflix’s One Piece Seasons 1, 2 and 3 and The Witcher, where she worked closely with Freya Allan. She also stunt doubled Heather Graham in They Will Kill You and worked on Gore Verbinski’s Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die. Her dance credits include the upcoming Bollywood film King, performing alongside Shah Rukh Khan.
Alongside her professional work, Tiana continues to train under established stunt and action veterans, refining her understanding of physical performance and translating athletic ability into controlled, believable action for camera.
As an assistant instructor at Turbo Training, she works with actors and beginners, helping them develop the physical awareness, movement skills and confidence needed for action performance.
