The record
Cameron built his career around movement. Martial arts, tricking and parkour developed into a highly adaptable physical skill set, eventually taking him from training and personal progression into professional stunt performance for film and television.
His approach combines athletic ability with the technical demands of performing for camera. Fighting, acrobatics, falls and complex movement are not simply about executing a skill, but understanding how to make that movement work for a character, a sequence and the screen.
That versatility has taken Cameron onto major international productions, including Resident Evil and Netflix’s One Piece. On One Piece, he has worked across three seasons as stunt double for Iñaki Godoy in the role of Monkey D. Luffy, helping translate one of the world’s most recognizable action characters into live-action physical performance.
His work has also taken him beyond South Africa, performing on international productions and continually expanding the range of disciplines he can bring to set.
What started as childhood hobbies became a career built around the same idea that continues to drive him today: seeing how far he can push his physical and creative abilities.
